These are the overall rules that affect the entire OOC aspect of the site.

[attr="class","infoSubTitle"]Follow Proboards Rules

[attr="class","infoSection"]This means keep everything PG-13. You will be banned for posting adult content to this site, so make sure to use a fade to black if things are going to get steamy in a post. Feel free to RP the scenes out in something such as Skype or Discord; so long as you keep all adult content off of the site itself.

[attr="class","infoSubTitle"]Be Respectful to Everyone

[attr="class","infoSection"]Whether they're staff, new members, or guests; you have to be respectful to all of them.

[attr="class","infoSubTitle"]One Character Per Account

[attr="class","infoSection"]If you want to have multiple characters, you're going to have to make multiple accounts.

[attr="class","infoSubTitle"]Character Limits

[attr="class","infoSection"]In an effort to prevent face claim hoarding, each member is allowed a max of 5 characters; a maximum of 2 of the 5 can be canon positions. You must stay active with all of your characters, or you will be asked to drop one. If you are consistently active with your characters, you will have the option to purchase more character slots from the shop.

[attr="class","infoSection"]Please keep all OOC drama off of the main site. Discussing it through PMs is fine. Also, if you need a mediator for whatever reason, feel free to ask a staff member to be referee.

[attr="class","infoSection"]We understand everyone has a life offline that is important. Even if you don't log on every day, or post every day, please try your best. If you know you'll be gone for a while, or suddenly realize you won't have time to post for a while, please post a thread to let us all know so we don't worry too much about ya.

[attr="class","infoSection"]Since it is one character per account, make sure your display name matches the first and last name of your character. Remember, capitalization is important; and it's best that your avatar is an image of your character's face claim as well.

[attr="class","infoSubTitle"]Image and Template Sizes

[attr="class","infoSection"]Images should be no more than 550px wide. The site's information templates are 550px as well. If we find images that stretch the board, we'll either ask you to remove them, contain them in a spoiler, or link to them. Templates should be coded at 550px; some padding values are allowed to stretch this further, but don't put too much or it'll stretch the board as well. Basically, if you don't stretch the board you're golden.

These are the overall rules that affect the characters and their interactions in threads.

[attr="class","infoSubTitle"]Word Count

[attr="class","infoSection"]We consider this a literate site. As such, we require a minimum of 150 words in every IC post. The only exceptions to this are IC posts done to complete transactions in the trading board, though they still need to be more than one line.

[attr="class","infoSubTitle"]No Powerplaying

[attr="class","infoSection"]Be realistic with your battles. You can't dodge everything, and you can't land every hit. If there's a large difference in ability between combatants, naturally there will be a favoring toward the more experienced opponent; this doesn't mean they're invincible. No meta-gaming and no god-modding are included in this rule.

[attr="class","infoSubTitle"]Faceclaims

[attr="class","infoSection"]Faceclaims are not required, but are greatly recommended. Faceclaims should be of anime or manga characters. No real life people, and we'd rather you not use characters from American comics (despite how funny it would be to see Loki running around with Pokemon). Original artwork is allowed, so long as you know the name of the author.

[attr="class","infoSection"]This is a Death Disabled site. For those who are unfamiliar with the DD/DE system, this means that you cannot kill another player's character or Pokemon without their express permission.

[attr="class","infoSection"]Your character can be from any known region in the Pokeverse, as well as the site's region of Yvere. This means canon locations only; no original locations or regions specific to another site.
